At the beginning of the school year there are forms we ask parents to view, sign and turn in. This includes The SFP Parent Permission Form and Personal Vehicle Use form if you or your student will be driving other SFP students during the school year. Please check with you student to see if they have all their forms completed on file. If you are unsure if you student’s forms are complete please call Shannon in the office.
This year we have the LPS Student Electronic Device Responsible Use Agreement form and, if you are electing the Chromebook Device coverage, payment as well. If you have chosen to purchase the device coverage, all payments need to be made by August 21st. After this date this option is no longer available. All parents that are wanting to opt out of their student having a Chromebook/coverage need to discuss this option with your student’s adviser and will need administration approval.
